OVERVIEW

The Chuqui Mina Sur Norte Expansion Heap Leach Project consisted of a system of 2 X On/Off Pad Overland Conveyors and an Agglomeration Discharge conveyor with throughputs of 2584 tph of crushed/acidified copper ore.

The reversible Agglomeration Discharge Conveyor receives agglomerated/acidified material from the twin agglomeration drums and either feeds the stacking overland system or reverses to feed an emergency stockpile.

The 1,884m product overland feeds the mobile stacking system (by client) via a rail mounted mobile tripper, which in turn feeds a mobile bridge stacking system. The 2,203m off- pad overland conveyor is fed by a rail mounted mobile hopper, which is fed by the mobile bridge reclaim system (by client) using a bucket wheel reclaimer.
