OVERVIEW

Senet was responsible for the design and fabrication of the materials handling system at the ship off-loading terminal, which consisted of the following equipment:

• Two ship off-loading travelling hoppers
• Each hopper equipped with a belt feeder conveyor
• A cross belt jetty conveyor
• Upgrading of existing jetty conveyor
• Shuttle conveyor – able to transfer onto two different conveyor belts
• Gypsum stockpile feed conveyor
• Clinker stockpile feed conveyor
• Clinker stockpile reclaim conveyor
• Clinker transfer pipe conveyor
• Mill feed pipe conveyor
