OVERVIEW

The Zarafshan Newmont Joint Venture Project Phase 3 & 4 consisted of a system of five Run of Mine overland conveyors, a product overland conveyor complete with a mobile tripper to feed the Heap Leach Stacking Equipment, as well as an extension to the existing product overland conveyor.

The total length of conveyors supplied by SENET was approximately 7.2km and the Mobile Tripper is self-steering (all 4 wheels), 4 wheel driven and had automatic self-levelling and positioning jacks.

Further SENET was utilized for Technical studies regarding upgrades of existing conveyors, Scoping Studies, as well as the upgrade/redesign/reconstruction of the Slewing Heap Leach Stacker (originally built by others) after it had collapsed.
