OVERVIEW

This project was implemented for the processing of low grade 0,5 g/t gold ore for heap leaching.

This project consisted of a side tip 150t run of mine tip with an apron feeder, vibrating grizzly feeder and primary jaw crusher crushing to minus 300mm. This ore is then fed via sacrificial and feed conveyor to two Svedala gyratory secondary crushers after the -25mm material is scalped off. The final product is then conveyed to a leach pad feed bin where it is discharged into trucks, which truck stack on the leach pad.

This was SENET’s first complete multidisciplinary turnkey project in Ghana involving all aspects of a project i.e. design, supply, ship, construction, erection and commissioning.
