SENET developed a range of proprietary Heap Leach Stacking and Agglomeration Equipment in the early 1990’s, which has enjoyed global success and SENET are today considered as a world leader in Heap Leach Equipment Technology, further SENET have the capability to engineer and build Prototype or job specific designs for our clients.

SENET’s range of Gold & Copper Heap Leach Equipment includes Mobile Grasshopper, Ramp Conveyors, Self-Levelling Slewing Stackers, Mobile Bridge Conveyors, Mobile Trippers, Agglomeration Drums & Acidification Drums.

SENET has standard ranges of mobile stacking equipment from 400tph up to 4000tph, but can design & custom-build these conveyors to a client’s specific requirements. Features of our mobile stacking are 600mm to 1500mm wide Belts, High Flotation Tyres or crawlers, Extendable Stinger on Stackers, Hydraulically Driven/Steering & Self Levelling Stackers and Trippers, tubular, light, robust Structures as well as Luffing Transfer Conveyors on Mobile Trippers.

SENET have designed and built Agglomeration & Acidification Drums to customer’s specified requirements in the past, however we have standard designs that include Capacities up to 2000tph, Standard Diameters of 2.4m, 3.8m and 4.0m, Respective lengths of 8m, 10m and 12m, Unique low build up Bubble Liners, Eccentric Load Sharing Friction Drives, Standard and Seizmic Support Structures, Variable Retention time through speed and inclination adjustment.

Further SENET have other available technologies associated with Heap Leach Projects, such as Cement Addition Silo Systems and CIS technology.
